In May 2022, our team has worked on archiving, cataloguing and inventorying Ioseb Gabashvili archives.
Ioseb (Soso) Gabashvili (1908 - 1973) was a graphic painter, painter and set designer. He studied at Tbilisi Gymnasium where he trained under Iakob Nikoladze. In 1930 he graduated from Tbilisi Academy of Art. Gabashvili also worked in the field of set design and illustration including children's book illustration.
